We supply and install fire detection and protection systems, including detection devices, alarm systems, and fire suppression infrastructure, as part of our building services engineering offering. These systems are installed to work alongside the building's other services and support the fire safety requirements of the facility.
We handle vertical and horizontal transportation systems for buildings, including elevators and escalators, from specification through to installation. This service is coordinated with the building's structural and electrical works to ensure a smooth fit-out process.
Our Extra Low Voltage (ELV) services cover systems such as CCTV, access control, public address, and structured cabling infrastructure that support a building's security and communications needs. ELV works are planned in parallel with the electrical and fire protection scope of a project.
We provide interior and exterior design services for commercial and residential projects, working alongside our building services and construction teams so that design intent and technical infrastructure — HVAC, electrical, ELV — are resolved together rather than in isolation.
